365 Things to Do Around Cedar City #213…Again, Many Choices….

There will be a Public Hearing to discuss Congressional redistricting.  This will be at 10 AM at the Hunter Conference Center at SUU.

There will be a Patchwork Parkway Celebration in Parowan and Brian Head.  You can drive the scenic byway and pass through check points between 10 AM and 3 PM, there will be sign un-veilings in Brian Head at 3:30PM and in Parowan at 5 PM.  There will be guided history tours at Parowan’s Heritage Park at 5:30 PM and a heritage program at 7 PM at the Heritage Park.

The Paiute Restoration Pow Wow continues with a parade down Main Street in Cedar City at 10 AM.  A Pow Wow Grand Entry at 1 PM at the Paiute Tribal Powwow arena, 440 North Paiute Drive.   There will be softball and handgame tournaments as well.

At 6 PM the Elks Lodge will be hosting a Dutch Oven Benefit Dinner for Hallie Munford.  She is a 4 year old battling leukemia.  The cost is $10 per person.  The Elks Lodge is on the Corner of 100 East 200 North in Cedar City.
