Homecoming events continue at SUU including a parade down University Blvd at 5 PM.  Check out http://www.suu.edu for a calendar of events!

Military Appreciation night continues at the Utah Shakespeare Festival.  For more information: http://www.bard.org

We had issues with the web site so the Half Marathon has already taken place.

Brian Head is celebration Oktoberfest at the Navajo Lodge at Noon, the festivities will go until around 8 PM.

There will be a Fall Solstice Celebration at the Parowan Gap at 6 PM.

There will be a Native Plant Sale at the Iron County Visitors Center until Noon today. The Visitor Center is at 581 North Main Street in Cedar City.

There was also a hike at the 3 Peaks recreation Center that is probably completed.  (Don’t you hate it when computer issues make you late in getting things done)!

The Parowan Music Barn will have live music tonight at 7 PM.  The artist is David Heavener.  The cost is $8 for adults and $4 for children.

There is High School Rodeo action at the Cross Hollows Events Center.  This began at 9 AM and costs $3 per person.

As you can see there is something for everyone happening today.  It is a Saturday slammed with activities!
