There is still time to visit one of the many spook attractions around the Cedar City area. Remember there may be little Goblins on the streets tonight zeroing in on candy and not paying attention to the traffic, so you as drivers, please take care! Here are some of the events scheduled:
Haunted Hay Ride. Held in Enoch beginning on 600 E at the maintenance building (Enoch) from 6pm – 9pm. Cost is a non-perishable food donation. For information call Enoch City Office 435-586-1119. This is a great cause!
Tricks, Trunks & Treats. Held from 4pm to 7pm at Cedar City’s four major auto dealerships come together with various family fun activities. FREE held at Bradshaw Chevy, Tri-State Motors, Parkway Motors and Lunt Motors located on Cedar City Main Street. Contact Sandy at Bradshaw Chevy for more information at 435-586-6595.
Haunted Woods 2011 held from 6pm to 11pm, the Trail of Terror opens at dusk, at Willow Glen Inn (3308 N Bulldog Rd, Enoch). Admission is Trail of Terror on-line reservation $8, walk-on group rate $8 (min 5 people), general admission $10, or VIP $12. For information call 866-586-3275.
The Depths Haunted House hosted by Sigma Nu held 8:00pm to 12:00am (midnight) next to Taodz (432 N 100 W, Cedar City). SUU’s Sigma Nu, which uses the event as a fundraiser for the fraternity and as a method of donating food to the Iron County Care and Share. This is another great cause!
For those not interested in the Halloween scene: 11th Annual Hallelujah Night Festival 5pm to 8pm in the Eccles Coliseum West Parking Lot (SUU Campus, 800 W 200 S). Everyone is invited to this community event of game booths, prizes, bounce houses and candy galore. It’s a free activity sponsored by Christian Campus Fellowship in conjunction with Calvary Chapel. Stop by the Eccles Coliseum Parking Lot and check it out. For information call Joe Carol 435-327-2287.
