The Cedar City Real Estate Market enjoyed a mini boom of subdivisions that were built in the mid 1970 to early 1980’s. Juniper Haven is one such subdivision. There are some really nice homes in Juniper Haven, but I would still classify it as a starter home type subdivision. There are many ranch and split entry styled homes.
Juniper Haven has been an extremely stable subdivision in our market, there has only been 1 home sell in the past year in this subdivision and there are currently no homes listed for sale in this subdivision.
Juniper Haven is towards the South end of Cedar City, it is East of Main Street, yet still close to shopping and most everything.
Market Update 1/13/2012: There is currently one home listed for sale in the Multiple Listing Service. It is listed at $234,000. In the past 12 months there have been no homes sell. This is what I mean when I say that it is a very stable subdivision. It is a completed subdivision, there are no building lots for sale.
Juniper Haven is one of the gems in the Cedar City Real Estate Market, it is a quiet, stable subdivision near shopping and schools. This is one of those places where everyone knows their neighbors.
