This is a question that I have been thinking about for a few days. We have had a lot of blogs about not being a “Secret” Real Estate Agent. We need to let everyone that we know and come in contact with that we are Real Estate Agents. All of the trainers and coaches will tell you that, as will any of the top producers in any market.
Some Agents do an exceptional job of marketing themselves to everybody. What I have been thinking about is how to become my (in our case our) best cheerleader without being obnoxious or tacky. I read a number of years ago that the late Singer Marty Robbins, (of El Paso and a White Sport Coat and a Pink Carnation fame) would finish a set on stage then rush to the side of the stage and start yelling “encore, encore,” he would continue doing that until the audience caught on and would also begin shouting for an encore.
I don’t know if that was true or not, but is that something that we’re willing to do? Do we believe in ourselves and our ability to help people enough to do something similar? Do we want to be doing something similar?
Like I said, this is a question that I have been pondering for a couple of days. I want to do something akin to what Marty Robbins used to do without being tacky!
Just some thoughts for a Saturday Morning!
What do you guys think, to flashy for a Real Estate car? I know that the back seat isn’t really conducive to have clients in comfortably, but it does make a statement!
