Buena Vista is another mature subdivision that is just outside of Cedar City’s limits.  It is on the West side of Cedar City just off of Highway 56.  This is also a mixed subdivision of sorts, there are stick built homes as well as manufactured homes.

The lots are large from .5 acres to an acre.  Buena Vista was built over a number of years.

The 3 homes that are listed for sale in our MLS were built between 1999 and 2002.  The prices on these homes range from $89,900 to $147,900.  Two of the homes that are listed are manufactured homes.

One Response to Cedar City Subdivisions…Buena Vista…

    Aloha,
My daughter and husband are just starting their family there in Cedar City, Utah. They are renting at the moment, but they mentioned that they might like to later buy a home and settle in the Buena Vista subdivision there off Cedar City. We would like to help them. We do not have the money at the moment, but I just thought we might start taking a look and putting our feelers our there. 😀 I would like to get them something on at least an acre. I would also like them to have a view of the new LDS Temple being built there. Please let me know what homes might be available. Perhaps we might also look at some land there that they could even build on. What do you think?
    Mahalo,
    Latesha Stephens
