The Cove Subdivision is one of the gems in the Cedar City Real Estate Market. The Cove Subdivision is a mature subdivision built in the early to mid 1980’s. It is made up of single family detached homes. It is still a very nice subdivision. Homes vary in size, and as the subdivision was built in phases, there are some homes that are a lot newer than the original homes.
There are currently 5 homes listed for sale in our MLS in the Cove Subdivision, they range in price from $97,099 to $298,900. There is a pretty good range in the size of homes available in the cove as the home listed for $298,900 has just over 2700 finished square feet.
Market Update 11/19/2012: There are currently 2 homes listed for sale in the Multiple Listing Service. One home is listed at $159,900 and the other is listed at $189,900. In the past 12 months there have been 8 homes sell in the Cove. The sales prices on these homes ranged from $50,400 to $165,000. There are currently no lots listed for sale.
The Cove Subdivision is still one of the more desirable locations in the Cedar City Real Estate Market. It is even more so now that Cove Drive has been finished allowing access to the subdivision directly from the South end of the city, including the Walmart.
