It is in the City limits, on the North side of the City. It was a new construction that sold for $185,500. There has been a lot of building in the Old Farm Subdivision in the past several months, which is great news! There are currently 20 lots listed for sale. The price range on these lots is between $18,000 and $34,000. These lots range in size from .23 to .38 of an acre.
Old Farm is really one of those subdivisions with tremendous potential!
