I have often mentioned that the great thing we enjoy about the Cedar City Real Estate Market is that we have the opportunity to work in many little cities. Enoch is no exception, it like the rest of the communities that we work in has its own feel and nuances.
The Fields Subdivision is one of those great subdivisions that began just prior to the bursting of the “Real Estate Bubble”, it is comprised of larger “move up” homes. These homes usually have over 3000 square feet, which generally includes the basement square footage.
The Fields was began in 2005, so the homes are newer. The lots are generally..4 of an acre in size. That means that you have a little room between you and your neighbor. It is a great asset in the Cedar City Real Estate Market.

There have been 2 homes sell in the last 12 months in the Fields Subdivision. One sold at $166,000 and the other at $204,000. Market Update 4/4/2012: There are currently no homes listed for sale in the Multiple Listing Service. In the past 12 months there have been 4 homes sell. The sold price on those homes ranged from $166,000 to $204,000. There are currently 3 lots listed for sale. They range in price from $27,900 to $34,900 and the lot size ranges from .42 to .55 of an acre.
