The Cedar City Real Estate Market has some subdivisions that were hit hard by the economic Downturn. The Parks at Deer Hollow is one of them. It is a subdivision with some outstanding potential in a nice setting. The Parks at Deer Hollow is adjacent to the new Iron Springs Elementary School in Enoch. It is a subdivision with just a few homes that have been built.
This is subdivision that has a lot of potential. The homes that have been built haven’t come on the resale market very often. It is a unique subdivision in that many of the homes that have been built to look like a much older style of home. You can bring your own builder and build your dream home, there are CC&R’s, but it has, as I have mentioned previously, the potential to really be a nice subdivision!
The lots in the Parks at Deer Hollow range from the .2 size and go up to almost half acre lots. These homes were built in 2008.
Market Update 10/11/2012: There are currently no homes listed for sale in the Multiple Listing Service. In the past 12 months there has been 1 home sell. It sold for $140,000. Currently there are 24 lots listed for sale. The prices on these lots fall in the $20,000 to $35,000 Range. These lots are from .2 to .4 of an acre.
